Shipping  to Canada and United States

We offer free shipping in Canada and the United State on all orders over $100.00 before tax.  A flat shipping rate of $14.00 is applied on orders below $100.00. Items purchased online are shipped within 72 hours. Please allow 2-7 business days for package to be delivered.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we take great pride in delivering quality products. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our soap and other bath and body products due to health and safety reasons. Our products are considered as personal hygiene products and cannot be resold.

Please let us know if your order has been damaged during shipping within a week of delivery, so we can fix it for you. Please email info@beautysecretsofjapan.com with photos of the damaged item, as well as the packaging it arrived in.
