Customer satisfaction is the most important to us, and we take great pride in delivering quality products. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our soap and other bath and body products due to health and safety reasons and as they are considered as personal hygiene products.

Please let us know if your order is damaged during shipping within a week of delivery, so we can fix it for you. Please email info@beautysecretsofjapan.com with photos of the damaged item, as well as the packaging it arrived in.
